Fall has to be one of my favorite seasons, if not my favorite. The streets get full of colorful fallen leaves, the weather becomes perfect for cozy movie nights, warm apple cider becomes a usual, pumpkin patch festivities begin, friends gather for endless bonfire nights, pumpkins are carved and pies are baked, and most importantly, Halloween — the one day out of the year when everyone can be as weird as they’d like without the fear of being judged. It’s perfect, and it easily becomes a lifestyle instead of just a season.
One of my favorite ways to celebrate fall is to visit pumpkin patches. They offer some great holiday essentials; you can pick and purchase your favorite pumpkin for carving or painting, you can go on a hay ride through the sunflower fields, get lost in a corn maze, dance your heart out to funky holiday music, have a pumpkin-full photo op, snack on sweet kettle corn, and sip on warm pumpkin spice lattes. It’s the best!
I hope all you, loves, are enjoying fall just as much as I am! – xoxo
